My husband and I loved our stay at Riad Palais Bahia Fes. Although, it was a short visit we were treated so wonderfully by the owner. He upgraded our room at no additional charge, he feed us breakfast and dinner each day (which was a whole feast each time) and he provided taxi drivers when we needed them. He was by far the nicest and most sincere host we've ever had. We hope to return back one day!

Perhaps one of the most pleasant place you would like to be in Fes ..both to enjoy a charming atmosphere ..have a relaxing time and breath the authentic Medina life.
Staff is attentive and cheerful. Super clean and comfortable. Comfortable mattress..no bad odours around (like in other riad people experiences) and full with light despite in the narrow passages of the Fes Medina. There is a wide and beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the city. Breakfast is enough wide and well prepared. I would come here again

I have been in many places, but can hardly imagine better place to stay in Fes. Unbelieveble host Brahim. You cant imagine better one. Patient. Helpful. Hospitable. We both were very much impressed. Beautiful riad in medina center. We wish we could stay longer. Thank you.....

The staff were amazing. Especially Si Mohamed and Ssi Ali, who went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. They helped in every way and Simohamed even helped me in everything I needed from the medina during a whole day. Truly wonderful experience.

The Riad is beautiful and clean. The staff was great and helpful with anything we needed. They helped us with a wonderful guide for Fez. They waited for us with dinner the night we arrived. The Riad is in the Medina and is quite hectic but the staff made us feel comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Very spacious rooms, great inner courtyard, quiet and very nice roof terrace.
The name Palais is rightly used here - especially in comparison to other riads.
The owners and staff were very friendly - if there had been anything to complain about, it would certainly have been resolved.

Very nice hotel and a super nice view at the terrace as well specially in the evening, the host Mo is very nice, he will met you at a point and show you the route to the hotel so you won’t get lost in the medina

Once you walk inside you are surrounded by peace and comfort. It seems this place is conceived to harbour the tired tourist after the exciting walks and experiences on Fes el-Bali's streets. Bahia is a true experience in itself, everything is adequately provided at the level one expects for a palace: the breakfast, the staff, the room, the atmosphere created by the owners (the patio, the library, the exquisite decorations,...).

Our host Mohammed gave us excellent service! He is professional, attentive, friendly and efficient! He helped us with good recommendations and advice how to navigate tricky Fes medina.
